Accounts Receivable Clerk/Specialist

We are currently seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable Specialist for a rapidly expanding biotechnology firm dedicated to innovative healthcare solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and distribute invoices using NetSuite, ensuring accurate delivery via email, customer portals, or mail.
- Research and resolve discrepancies and rejections within customer portals.
- Timely posting of customer payments in NetSuite.
- Manage collections for delinquent accounts.
- Address both internal and external inquiries promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks including supply ordering, scanning, mail checking, and kitchen stocking.
- Maintain a consistent work schedule, punctuality, and minimal absenteeism.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Internal and External Relationships:
- Internal: Medium interaction across all departments.
- External: High level of engagement with customers and external contacts.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
- Prior experience in an office environment, especially with high-volume data entry.
- Proficient typing skills (40+ words per minute).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, JDE) highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office products.
