SmartTalent Staffing is looking to hire a Line Cook for an assisted living facility in Renton, WA. Ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and have at least related experience. (details below).


PAY: $19-$21

TITLE & SHIFT: Line Cook, Day Shift

LOCATION: Renton, WA

SCHEDULE: 2-4 days a week **Schedule changes weekly**

ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: Short Term (could turn into temp to hire for the right candidate)

JOB DUTIES:

·Assist in opening or closing dietary department and begin meal preparation under direction of cook.

·Present food in an attractive and palatable manner, with appropriate garnish, within prescribed hours.

·Food prep; cut and dice fruits, vegetables, etc

·Maintain clean and safe work environment; follow cleaning schedule.

·Able to work with machinery such as mechanical slicers, knives, peeler, zester, etc.

·Follow menus and recipes with adequate supply of food, while minimizing leftover waste.

·Assist in preparing special occasion menu or foods.

·Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

·Good attendance is an absolute must

·Physically able to lift up to 50bs and carry 35lbs

·Must have at least 1 year exprience in same or job related field

·Perform repetitive arm/hand movement & reach above shoulder

·Great team player
