Why you should join our team as a CRM Administrator:

The CRM Administrator will support company growth by enhancing and managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Microsoft Dynamics) and the data from external business applications (ERP/EDI/E-Commerce/MAP) that consume data from and publish data to the CRM system.

This role supports Sales, Marketing, and Account Management with metrics, reports, and dashboards. This role is a key player in maintaining and improving business process best practices, acting as an internal champion for CRM, and implementing continuous improvements to build out company performance.

This position is based in our St. George, UT location and reports to the Enterprise Applications Manager. After initial training, you will be eligible to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days from home per week.

The CRM Administrator has a competitive salary between $55,000 and $80,000 per year plus the opportunity to receive an additional company profit-sharing bonus every 6 months. Areas of responsibilities include:

Development:

  • Responsible for identifying, scoping, and executing system improvements and streamlining business processes on the CRM platform.
  • Design & implement application changes via forms/fields, entities, validation rules, workflows, flows, process builder, business rules, etc.
  • Assist in implementing system automation tools for all departments.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between the CRM system and other Third-Party Applications.
  • Work regularly in Power Automate and Power Apps to create new CRM processing/automation and new ad hoc processes/automations.

Training:

  • Work with teams to ensure the system is understood by new and existing users.
  • Serve as liaison to all departments impacted by the CRM tool to identify additional efficiencies.

Delivery:

  • Document procedures, policies, and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate system administration and help streamline business functionality including profiles/permissions, role hierarchy, security models, application customization, reports and dashboards, etc.
  • Maintain data integrity.
  • Integrate with other systems, such as Marketo and Dynamics Finance and Operations.
  • Run EDI processing with our Third-Party (PartnerLinq) to Dynamics Finance and Operations.
  • Understand and assist with E-Commerce(Shopify)/Sales functionality from CRM/E-Commerce to D365 F&O

Contribution:

  • Creatively analyze and drive adoption within the user base, including engaging departmental leaders where adoption is lacking.
  • Analyze data to identify sales cycles (converting leads, lead gen, new programs, close time by product/segment/value/rep).
  • Analyze data to identify trends within sales stages (i.e., where/when does loss occur).
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including, but not limited to: activity, close rate, accuracy, usage, etc.

This job may be a fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology or other relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud solution or related CRM system administration design as it relates to workflow, forms, integration scripts, database integration.
  • Knowledge of data integration development, server administration, and networking concepts.
  • Proven experience creating innovative solutions and delivering operational business results in a service-oriented environment.
  • Excellent project management and effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills with proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking with experience translating data into measurable action.
  • Self-motivated, able to learn quickly and research issues independently or with limited direction.
  • Intermediate knowledge of T-SQL preferred.
