Job Summary for Sr. Sales Specialist - HVAC/R: We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and executing account-specific business plans, with a strong emphasis on customer orientation, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities of Sr. Sales Specialist - HVAC/R:

  • Directly sell Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Services to building owners, property managers, and developers.
  • Utilize marketing and direct prospecting skills to generate leads for new business development and new customers.
  • Grow the existing Commercial Maintenance Service base clientele by adding new contracts and service/maintenance agreements with prospective customers.
  • Attend sales meetings and review monthly sales activity and progress with management.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales and account activity, customer information, and requests.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and independent goals/metrics set by the executive leadership team.

Qualifications for Sr. Sales Specialist - HVAC/R:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (no violations within the past 3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial and Light Industrial HVAC and Refrigeration systems, service agreements, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to create and facilitate presentations to an audience.
  • Preferred but not required: Associate degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • 5+ years of successful outside sales experience; 3+ years in the HVAC and/or Mechanical sector.
