LUBBOCK HOSPITALITY NURSING & REHABILITATION, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a PT, OT, SLP, PTA or OTA to lead our in-house therapy team as Director of Rehabilitation. We seek a therapy leader who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team. Candidates must have at least one year of therapy leadership experience in a skilled nursing our in-patient post-acute rehabilitation setting. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programs in cognition, memory care, return to home, and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training (we currently have Montessori Memory Care) and career development opportunities as well as many opportunities for career growth with our growing organization.

Requirements:

Current TX therapy License
