Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product portfolio or business unit.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of product managers, guiding them in setting and achieving product goals and objectives.

  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to align product initiatives with business objectives and drive successful product launches.

  4. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and areas for product innovation.

  5. Product Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes feature development and enhancements based on customer needs, business goals, and market dynamics.

  6. Requirement Prioritization: Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering high-impact features and improvements.

  7. Product Development Oversight: Provide clear direction and guidance to product managers and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch and iteration.

  8. User Experience Optimization: Ensure the delivery of intuitive, user-friendly product experiences that delight customers and drive user engagement and satisfaction.

  9. Performance Monitoring and Iteration: Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate on product features, optimize user experience, and drive continuous improvement.

  10. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmap changes to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners.

  11. Revenue and Growth Optimization: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to maximize product adoption, revenue growth, and market share.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven Leadership: Several years of experience in product management roles, with a track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering innovative products or services to market.

  2. Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and visioning abilities, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product strategies and plans.

  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

  4. Market Insight: Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
