Job Title: Product Manager II

Job Summary: As a Product Manager II, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies to deliver innovative and market-leading solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver products that meet customer needs and business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  2. Product Roadmap: Create and maintain product roadmaps that prioritize features and enhancements based on business objectives, user feedback, and market analysis.
  3. Requirement Gathering: Gather and prioritize product requirements through stakeholder interviews, user research, and data analysis.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  5. User Experience: Champion user experience by ensuring products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet customer expectations.
  6. Product Development: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
  7. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  8. Product Launch: Lead product launch activities including messaging, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  9. Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement.
  10. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
  3. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  7. Customer-focused approach with a passion for understanding and addressing customer needs.
  8. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies.
  9. Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  10. Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.
