Essential Functions

  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Plan and oversee web development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
  • Coordinate tasks and responsibilities among team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Establish and review project budgets.
  • Lead project planning sessions.

Education/Skills/Experience Requirements:

  • Ten (10) years of project management experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience in using agile methodologies.
  • One (1) year of experience managing COTS implementation of a Cloud-based, Content Management System (CMS) project.
  • Three (3) years of CMS (Drupal) project management experience.
  • Experience managing Cloud CMS (Drupal) implementations for the Federal Government.
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
  • Very strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate with both business users and Information Technology staff at all levels.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Exchange, MS Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Active Industry Standard Agile Scrum Master certification (required).

Salary will commensurate with experience.
