DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • 2+ years of previous experience as an assistant restaurant manager
  • Experience working in a Filipino restaurant is a plus
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Knowledgeable with Excel and Microsoft word

WHAT YOU DO AS A RESTAURANT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

This position works within our operating hours. Operating hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Thursday- 12-8 PM
  • Friday to Saturday 12-10 PM
  • Sunday 11- 8 PM

As a Restaurant Operations Supervisor, your day is a vibrant blend of orchestrating both front- and back-of-house operations with flair and enthusiasm. From stepping in to lead in the absence of the restaurant manager to fostering a culture of excellence through regular employee evaluations and feedback, you infuse energy into every aspect of your role.


Collaborating seamlessly with the head chef, you ensure kitchen systems hum with efficiency, delivering delectable dishes to delighted diners. You uphold impeccable standards and craft schedules that keep the front-of-house buzzing with activity. Your keen eye for detail shines as you meticulously plan and monitor manpower, all while keeping budgets in check and performance optimized.
