FLSA Status: Exempt, Full-Time

Pay: 105K+
Exempt + Potential 10% Annual Bonus

Summary: This position is responsible for the maintenance, design and enhancement of Epicor ERP applications. Includes working with ERP applications end-users to understand their requirements and to implement user-friendly enhancements to the system. This position is part of a team that supports ongoing user technical requests and assisting with the installation and testing new versions/releases of EPICOR.


Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Customizing Forms using Epicor Software Development Kit (C#)
  • Developing Epicor Business Process Maps (BPM)
  • Developing Business Application Queries (BAQ).
  • Creating Method Directives
  • Creating Data Directives
  • Creating BAQs
  • Creating Dashboards
  • Deploying patches and upgrades through the Epicor Administration console
  • Developing reports using Sequel Services Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Maintaining documentation on changes to supported applications.
  • Communicating with the software vendors on upgrades, patches and technical requests.
  • Assisting in the implementation of other software systems as needed.

Accountabilities:

  • Become proficient with the application development tools required to support existing software applications.
  • Assist with Implementation of new releases of software applications, including testing and validation.
  • Assist in the development of training curriculum and provide training on application software.
  • Work with CIO to prioritize and complete projects and tech requests in a timely manner.
  • Completing internal and external IT training to perform at a high level within the position.



Training/Education/Experience:

  • Understanding of relational databases
  • General knowledge of Epicor's ERP applications and security
  • Knowledge of deploying patches and upgrades using Epicor Administration console
  • Knowledge of service connect is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems with a minimum four years' experience in ERP implementation and development, or comparable professional experience.
  • Knowledge of SQL and SSRS.
  • Knowledge of Epicor ERP and Epicor tools.
  • Proficient PC skills.
  • Experience training end users on software systems.
  • Epicor application/technical support experience.
  • C Sharp programming desired.
