We have an exciting opportunity for a Data and Collaboration Team Manager with our industry-leading client.

Job Location: 2x per week onsite in McLean, VA, Flexible/Remote options available for the remaining days

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $55 - $60 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Data and Collaboration Team, overseeing analysts and developers
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and other relevant platforms
  • Deliver high-quality, user-friendly reports and dashboards that meet business and client requirements
  • Translate complex data sets into visually appealing and easy-to-understand visualizations
  • Promote collaboration across departments to ensure data insights are effectively shared and leveraged
  • Establish and maintain best practices for data governance, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain and develop an internal website using SharePoint and other collaboration platforms for all problem management activities
  • Provide medium for SLA reporting, analyze and verify reported SLAs
  • Perform quality assurance on all content
  • Develop and maintain all database functions

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SharePoint, SAS, Tableau, and Socrata
  • Data analysis and visualization
  • Data governance and security
  • Data integration principles
  • Database management
Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SharePoint, SAS, Tableau, and Socrata, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Demonstrated leadership in overseeing support teams for SharePoint, SAS, Tableau, and Socrata
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical concepts effectively
  • Knowledge of data integration principles and experience managing connections and workflows among SharePoint, SAS, Tableau, Socrata, and other systems
  • Knowledge of infrastructure components such as Windows servers and Active Directory
  • Ability to write data manipulation scripts
  • Knowledge of storage and networking

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
