JOB OVERVIEW
This role will report to the VP of Finance and gain exposure to all of the various accounting/finance areas and have regular interactions with the other business functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Ensure AP processes are working correctly and update as needed (review and process
    invoices in system as needed).
  • Miscellaneous billings and credits to customers.
  •  Reconciling balance sheet accounts.
  • Downloading data from system and preparing trends for leadership.
  •  Reviewing financial transactions for errors.
  •  Assist in developing and implementing internal financial controls.
  • Assist with implementing automated processes and AI applications.
  • Assist with audit requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data.
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Pursuing a CPA and/or graduate degree a plus.

HOURS

  • Working hours will be in the Peachtree Office from 8:30am – 5pm Monday through Friday.
