Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque, un Contrat Manager.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Au sein du service Business Partner, le Contract Manager aura pour missions de: 

  • Renseigner les points opérationnels des contrats et en particulier leurs annexes, sur la seule base des templates rédigés par le Légal Groupe, afin de pouvoir les présenter au client, conformément à la compliance et à la politique et pratiques de la filiale.
  • Conseiller et guider les services opérationnels tout au long du processus de transactions complexes, non standard et de grande valeur,
  • Rédiger et négocier les points opérationnels des contrats, le service Légal intervenant en support de la négociation, notamment de services, de conseil, de licence, de non-divulgation, de confidentialité des données et autres accords commerciaux et technologiques,
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe juridique pour développer et améliorer les formulaires, processus et procédures normalisés applicables,
  • Comprendre la nature des services fournis afin d'identifier les risques, développer des solutions, des stratégies d'atténuation et de négociation,
  • Effectuer une analyse des risques pour tous les documents contractuels et recommander des options d'atténuation,
  • Saisir les contrats signés dans le système de gestion des contrats et capturer les termes clés et communiquer une copie de la version signée au service Légal Groupe,
  • Animer une relation contractuelle avec les clients et représenter le client auprès des différents services et prestataires externes,
  • Rendre compte de manière transparente du niveau de qualité de la prestation de service IT auprès des clients,
  • Améliorer le niveau de qualité par la mise en œuvre d’un processus continu d’amélioration
  • Challenger les métiers IT pour améliorer les niveaux de service,
  • Mettre à jour régulièrement le catalogue de service ainsi que le process de Contract Management.

PRINCIPALES ACTIVITÉS:

  • Négocier, contractualiser les engagements de services  auprès des Clients,
  • Interagir avec tous les parties prenantes du Groupe (Finance, Légal, Achats, AFG ou autres),
  • Suivre l’application des contrats, le respect des engagements des différentes parties prenantes,
  • Organiser et animer les comités de suivi et de revue des Contrats avec les clients,
  • Garantir l'édition et la qualité des reportings,
  • Identifier, évaluer les risques juridiques et financiers et proposer des solutions de couverture,
  • Élaborer et gérer le cycle de vie des Contrats avec les clients,
  • Contribuer à l'évaluation de la satisfaction Client,
  • Veille aux respects des engagements et obligations contractuelles.

  Le Contract Manager doit veiller que :

  • Les points opérationnels du contrat et ses annexes en particulier soient compris par un profane et ont été validés par les personnes habilitées,
  • Les approbations soient obtenues conformément aux politiques de conformité,
  • Les points opérationnels du contrat et ses annexes en particulier soient conformes à la politique et aux procédures.
  • Le modèle de canevas approuvé est utilisé, le contrat choisi soit bien un modèle rédigé par le service Légal,
  • Le contrat est exempt des mots sensibles, des termes sur-engageants ou de termes non définis.

PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Diplôme d’école d’ingénieur ou équivalent
  • Entre 5 et 10 années d’expérience
  • Connaissance de l'environnement local
  • Relations IT / Business
  • Connaissance des risques et sensibilisation aux risques
  • Relations avec les partenaires commerciaux
  • Connaissances en matière de conformité
  • Avoir une certification dans le domaine Contract Management est un plus
