Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Teamwork: Guide and support staff, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Individual Support: Provide person-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and implement ISPs.
  • Medical Supports: Administer medications, monitor health conditions, and coordinate medical appointments to ensure comprehensive care for individuals.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budget management and financial reporting.
  • On-Call Rotation: Participate in on-call duties, ensuring prompt response to emergencies.
  • Agency Driver: Maintain eligibility as an authorized driver for transporting individuals safely.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, math, and basic computer skills
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to become an authorized driver
  • Successful completion of a Level II Background Check
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and occasional bending or squatting
