Sales Rep

Join River City's Roofing Division team We offer a competitive salary-based pay structure with added incentives based on net profit splits for qualified jobs. As a Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in our clients' projects from start to finish and be the customer point of contact.
Requirements:
- Actively engage in lead generation and networking.
- Submit a minimum of one repair/replacement project per week with all necessary documentation.
- Attend River City provided trainings, sales meetings, and one-on-one coaching
- Conduct thorough inspections, provide photo reports, and prepare accurate estimates.
- Obtain signed contracts from property owners and secure approval for scope and cost of work, including insurance claims.
- Collect necessary front-end payments and submit required documentation.
- Oversee job completion, collect final payments, and maintain comprehensive job files.
