Responsibilities
  • Cultivate new client relationships through introductions by Bank Partners and self-sourcing efforts.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships by consistently assessing their needs and enhancing the Bank’s revenue opportunities.
  • Drive organic growth in deposits and fee income by providing thoughtful, solution-oriented guidance to meet annual goals.
  • Oversee, service, and maintain a client portfolio, including conducting Working Capital Analysis in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Assess portfolio profitability and manage exception pricing and account structures to minimize non-standard adjustments.
  • Conduct Risk Management reviews for ACH, Credit Card, and RDC Services.
  • Introduce clients to other service-related lines of business.
  • Participate in all Bank-provided training and instructional sessions relevant to Treasury Management.
Requirements
  • 5 years of Treasury Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understands and regularly works on complex issues requiring in-depth variable factor evaluations.
  • Performs work with limited supervision and applies guidelines with proficiency.
  • No direct supervisory responsibilities
  • May help guide/mentor lower-level Treasury Management Advisors

*** Pay: $94K-$111K (Compensation can vary depending on experience)
