What you will do:

The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading all sales efforts for NewStream Enterprises and support the strategic planning direction for OEM manufacturing businesses within industry by identifying market opportunities, perpetuating the brand, and delivering results through revenue growth.

Essential job functions:

  • Direct customer contact for contract negotiations and managing the terms
  • Build new business relationships and increase revenue
  • Increase market share of NewStream in current verticals and seeks out new customer markets and verticals
  • Identification of growth opportunities working with Purchasing/Site production personnel and the appropriate business unit personnel to deliver value to the customer and the organization
  • Perform market research and analysis
  • Monitor external and internal environment for development of new market segments
  • Develop, maintain, and implement plans in support of short and long range objectives which are consistent with Strategic Business Unit guidelines
  • Understand current and future market trends and OEM purchasing strategies
  • Assist in or produce feasibility studies and business plans for new product development
  • Lead and collaborate quote review approvals, proposal preparation/submission for new contract development

Minimum qualifications preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in business marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of outstanding results leading sales organizations and experience in transportation/distribution systems, general understanding of intermodal/highway operations/last mile/contract and/or supply chain processes
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics sales and sales management, and prior sales experience with a proven track record of success delivering annual sales results around Revenue, Volume, and Gross Margin targets
