Outside Automatic Door Commercial Sales Representative-Construction

Overhead Door Company of St. Louis™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is hiring an Outside Commercial Sales Representative specializing in Pedestrian Automatic Door Sales. This ideal candidate will have experience selling Revolving, Sliding, Folding, and Swinging Doors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of Automatic doors and related door products and services
- Cultivate sales with assigned commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in St. Louis and the surrounding areas.
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
- Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Managment System (CRM) daily
- Work with senior management to establish plan for growing our customer base.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business strategies.
- Actively participate in sales meetings.
- Calculate correct job costs and pricing.
- Additional Responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience with Automatic doors.
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building a new sales territory and establishing a new customer base.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with Windows based programs and sales tools.
- Must possess valid driver’s license
