Kittyhawk is a company that is growing with locations in Garden Grove – CA, Canby – OR, and Albany - OR. We operate some of the world’s largest state-of-the-art Hot Isostatic Presses. We are processing parts for the Aerospace, Medical, Energy, Defense, and Firearms industries.
The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining equipment - both preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
Requirements:ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES
- Maintains facilities equipment
- Maintains production equipment
- Assist with warehouse equipment maintenance if needed
- Inventory equipment supplies
- Initiates, recommends and provides solutions through designated channels
- Perform necessary and preventive maintenance of furnaces, vessels, equipment, facility and pit
- Maintain safe working practices according to Kittyhawk Products Safety Manual
- Report to supervisor; Injuries to self/others, quality issues affecting customer product, and violations to company policy
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 10 years experience with maintenance in a production/shop environment
- Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Heavy lifting required (50 + pounds)
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must have ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of welding and forklift certification
Pay: $38-$48/hr depending on experience
