IMPACT

What You'll Do as a Painter/Make-Ready Technician:

  • Perform the maintenance needed to turn an apartment timely and efficient for move-in.
  • Paint the interiors and exteriors of apartments per Company guidelines. This would include preparing walls, spackling, plastering, and caulking
  • Assist in inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, alert the Service Manager to items that need repair
  • Walk the community daily and remove litter and debris from the grounds.
  • Remove trash daily from trash receptacles located in and around the pool, pet walk stations, and interior and exterior amenities.

A Painter/Make-Ready technician is Proficient in:

Requirements:


Licenses and Certifications Required of a Service Technician:

A valid driver's license.

Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
