Job Overview

McCLARIN Composites is seeking skilled Composite-Fiberglass Paint Technicians to enhance our production capabilities. The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in applying coatings to fiberglass and composite materials within an industrial environment. The role involves executing paint applications that align with client requirements, ensuring adherence to superior quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and mix paints to achieve specified color matches
  • Expertly apply diverse pigmented coatings to products within specialized paint booths
  • Oversee the maintenance of HVLP paint systems and associated equipment
  • Organize and stage materials necessary for the coating process
  • Provide training and constructive feedback to new painters
  • Uphold a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a painting role
  • Familiarity with auto-body painting, powder coating, or HVLP application systems is advantageous
