Title: Senior Workday Consultant

Personnel Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 6 Years’ experience leading enterprise Programs, of which at least 4 years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes:
  • Completing Workday or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems implementation from inception to deployment,
  • Ability to provide guidance and direction in the tasks similar to the sample tasks provided in the Statement of Work,

Capabilities

  • Establishes key performance indicators with client project sponsors and executives and consults program leadership on configuration and design to reach specific outcomes.
  • Leads requirement gathering for custom configurations and integrations and advises client on downstream impact of such changes.
  • Accountable to Program Management team for delivery of change requests, project success reporting and for communication of the feedback loop from project stakeholders.
