Workday Configuration Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Workday Analyst to provide technical support, design, development, and maintenance for our HRIS Workday system. This role reports to the Senior Manager of HRIS and plays a critical role in enhancing and maintaining our Workday solutions. Ideal candidates will possess deep knowledge and experience in several Workday modules, including HCM, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and Workday Security.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage Workday across various modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Acquisition, and Workday Security.
  • Design, configure, test, and implement Workday business processes and security changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring system integrity and data accuracy.
  • Develop custom reports to fulfill business needs and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to assess system requirements and implement solutions that adapt to changing business demands.
  • Lead projects and enhancement initiatives, coordinating closely with other system experts to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Recommend and execute technical solutions, balancing priorities and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday, including at least 3 years in configuring business processes, security, and integrations within Workday.
  • Proven ability to manage Workday projects and configurations effectively.
  • Advanced skills in Workday report writing and maintenance of calculated fields.
  • Proficient in using ticket/case management systems, such as JIRA.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and innovating under tight deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and process orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and drive significant work streams.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in an Agile team environment.
  • Workday PRO certification is highly preferred.
