What will you have the opportunity to do?

You will be responsible for nurturing key relationships, stimulating growth, and driving innovative solutions to ensure the long-term success of both the organization and our valuable customers. The EVP will develop a growth strategy for targeted customer accounts to $6M+ in gross revenue annually and build the team to support this initiative to ensure all goals are met.

What do we need from you?

  • High School education is required and college is ideal.
  • 10 years of transportation logistics/freight forwarding operational experience.
    • Experience rating and routing freight.
    • Experience with Strategic Account Management and Support.
    • Knowledge of international and domestic geography, including countries & major cities.
    • Experience negotiating rates with trucking companies and overseas partners, a plus.
    • Knowledge of FMC, IMCO, ITA, TSA, C-TPAT, HAZMAT, and US Customs Border Protection, a plus
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; able to make quality fact-based decisions using the appropriate information.
  • Highly motivated team player with an outgoing and positive work attitude.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
