Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a wide variety of grilled dishes following our recipes and presentation specifications
  • Cook meats, poultry, and seafood accurately and efficiently on our grill station
  • Ensure food quality by properly seasoning and marinating items
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Assist in food inventory and stock management
  • Perform routine kitchen tasks such as dishwashing and ingredient preparation
  • Collaborate with coworkers to achieve exceptional teamwork and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working as a grill cook in a high-volume establishment
  • Excellent grilling techniques and knowledge of cooking temperatures
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, since these are our busiest times
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one
