Northbrook, United States Inspire Counseling Center LLC Full time
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:

Are you looking to make a difference in the world, feel appreciated with a fun, connected team -- all while enjoying a great work-life balance? If you are looking to use your skills for disordered eating within a private practice counseling center, we'd love to meet you

We're looking for a Full Time therapist or social worker to join our team. (Note: possibilities to work at Northbrook, Kenilworth Lake Forest, Evanston or a combination). Inspire serves a wide variety of clients, including kids, adolescents, adults, families and couples. Inspire is a special place that values therapists happiness. We know life is short, and work should be fun and meaningful. Our teams are connected, warm & fun. We laugh, we love what we do, we have fun together, we have fun outings.

With four locations (Northbrook, Kenilworth, Lake Forest & Evanston) you get the benefits of a big practice with stability, support, compensation and perks. You also get the cozy, chill vibe of a smaller boutique office. We strive to take excellent care of our therapists with beautiful, spa-like offices, talented professionals and-- best of all -- a positive, open and kind culture.

As part of a large practice, you get a strong administrative team who takes care of EVERYTHING for you. We handle all intake calls, new client paperwork, scheduling, billing, insurance, credit card processing, marketing, office management, and more. All you have to do is focus on supporting your clients Some of the perks: FREE Supervision, medical, dental & vision insurance (for full time employees), CEUs, beautiful offices, team outings, paid speaking opportunities, paid leadership opportunities, access to our psychiatry team for medical-related questions, flexible schedules & vacation time and free marketing.

The ideal therapist will be willing to work Full Time (20-25+ clients/week) with 2-3 weeknight shifts (3-8pm) and at least one "4-hour shift" (10am-1pm or 1-5pm) on the weekend, for the first year of employment. We'll work hard to accommodate your desired schedule, so you can enjoy your life outside the office with a great work-life balance. Once you have a full license, there is also leadership opportunities, supervision and team opportunities as well.

One of our biggest priorities is our warm, open-minded culture. We are looking for nice, kind and compassionate human beings who are affirming and accepting of everyone's different journey. While we value clinical education and skills, we have found that one of the most important things for our work culture, and client's growth, is kind, loving people. People who are vulnerable, humble, down-to-earth and dedicated to loving others. We care about you as a person, as well as a therapist. We value personal time, family and a healthy work-life balance. We don't think of ourselves as “therapists” helping “clients.” We are "people" supporting "people." We honor that every person is whole and complete. We want every client (and therapist) to be growing and striving to be their best. Candidate must have a like-minded attitude.

We'd love to have you be part of this movement that is helping people to live their best lives
