Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Northbrook, IL. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping students improve their speech and communication skills, fostering their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Design and implement personalized therapy programs based on student needs.
  • Deliver direct speech therapy services to address language, fluency, articulation, and social communication issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
  • Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, developing goals and strategies for student success.
  • Maintain thorough records of student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Illinois state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
