Would you like to work for a premier company in Oshkosh? Are you a CNC machinist looking for 2nd shift? Our Oshkosh client is looking for an experienced machinist to join their 2nd shift team.


Qualified candidates will have a deeper knowledge of the entire process, including programming, complex troubleshooting, and process optimization. Candidate may also calibrate the machine to ensure they're functioning at the highest level, and may even be asked to repair, modify, and maintain them.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
  • Interpret and understand blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions
  • Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy and make any required adjustments
  • Maintain clean and organized work area
  • Forklift


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes and equipment
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • H.S. Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 or 3 years experience.
