You will drive the development of the entire business unit by providing inspired, values-centered leadership to a small team. You must be accountable for progress across the three disciplines of Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Finance & Administration. You will be responsible for ensuring that the business operates profitably and meets its stated objectives.
