The Storm Restorations of America family of companies have proudly been serving Missouri since 1972. Our team specializes in the insurance restoration industry, providing roof inspections at no cost to homeowners recently impacted by inclement weather, causing damage to their homes.
Job Description:
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Performance Management: Oversee individual sales team members' performance, offer constructive feedback, and implement strategies to boost productivity. Recognize top performers and address performance issues in a positive manner.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the sales manager and senior leadership to execute sales strategies and action plans, ensuring the team is aligned with objectives to meet sales targets.
- Sales Forecasting: Work closely with the sales manager and other departments to develop accurate sales forecasts, factoring in market trends and customer demand.
- Team Building and Motivation: Cultivate a supportive and unified team culture by motivating team members through recognition, incentives, and consistent communication.
- Communication: Serve as a key point of contact between the sales team and upper management, ensuring clear, effective communication and relaying important updates as needed.
- Recruiting: Capability to independently recruit and build your own team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-Time Position
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Salary from $120,000 / year
- Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance after 90 days of employment
- 401K after 12 months of employment with company match
- Bonuses based on your team's performance
- Sales commission on personal sales

**Our office is located in Merriam, KS. While you will be required to come into the office, the majority of the work week is spent out in the field.**
