Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience to drive our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a creative eye and a strong foundation in digital marketing. As an individual contributor, you will manage various marketing channels and campaigns independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and content across various platforms.

- Digital Advertising: Monitor and manage Meta and Google Ads (including PPC and LSA campaigns) to maximize ROI.

- Content Creation: Produce creative and engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing materials.

- Advertising Campaigns: Develop and execute advertising campaigns for radio, print, and gas station ads.

- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the HVAC and plumbing industry.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Experience: At least 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a related home services industry.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google and Meta Ads.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and ability to produce engaging content.

- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
