About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Civic Services marketing team at Tyler Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth and enhance our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-faceted marketing campaigns across various channels, including content marketing, email marketing, social media, and event marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create targeted and informative content that resonates with our clients and prospects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to create compelling marketing messages that drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Track and analyze campaign results to inform future marketing strategies and optimize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and innovative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a business-to-business or business-to-government setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create impactful marketing messages for a business-to-business or business-to-government audience.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of AP style and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
