Job Summary:
As a full-time Lead Technician, you will oversee and manage the crew, control job costs, production times, and quality assurance. You will act as the primary point of contact for our customers and be responsible for the company vehicle and all equipment for both commercial and residential projects.

In addition, you will work with a Field Technician handling 24/7 emergency water damage recovery, mold remediation, fire restoration, and indoor air quality services in homes and buildings.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage mold remediation, water damage cleanup, preventative moisture control solutions, and HVAC and dryer vent cleaning projects, including hands-on work as needed.
  • Provide strong leadership to ensure successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and completion.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on projects (e.g., photos, contracts).
  • Respond to emergency recovery situations as needed, 24/7.
  • Foster a safe work environment and enforce all safety measures on job sites.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in residential and/or commercial restoration and remediation.
  • Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional, neat appearance.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Mold Remediation license is a bonus (commission opportunities available).
