The Senior Drug Replacement Analyst will oversee the enrollment of patients in drug manufacturers’ Patient Assistance Programs and manage all records and paperwork associated with the process.   • Enroll patients in drug manufacturers' Patient Assistance Program and manage all records and paperwork associated with the process.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, patient account counselors, drug sales representatives, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Interview and counsel patients to determine eligibility for Patient Assistance.
  • Educate physicians, patients, and drug sales representatives on program mission, guidelines, requirements, and appropriate referrals.
Senior Drug Replacement Analyst’s Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration is highly preferred.
  • A valid and current Registered Pharmacy Technician license is required.
  • Three (3) years of work experience in healthcare or reimbursement is required; One (1) year of management experience is highly preferred.
