The Staffing Manager is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in the daily management of caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. This role is responsible for cultivating a team of highly trained, motivated, and engaged caregivers who will provide extraordinary client experiences.


Staffing Manager Duty:


Recruitment


  • This role provides ongoing and continuous full-cycle recruiting to maintain a labor pool available to serve the needs of your location. Must be team-oriented with excellent communication skills and take pride in results driven outcomes and extraordinary customer service.
  • You will be responsible in part or in whole for the active recruitment, hiring, and scheduling of new hire training. A successful Staffing Manager will have a robust recruitment strategy and be actively involved in attracting excellent candidates.
  • You will analyze the effectiveness of your efforts through data analysis and reporting which includes progress reports, status reports, and market trend/feedback reports for presentation.
  • Once candidates have applied for the open positions, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with the applicant to determine whether they are qualified, and then completing all the follow-up onboarding needed.


Administrative responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for the administrative aspects of the recruiting process which include onboarding, new hire paperwork, reference, and background checks.
  • You will ensure consistent accuracy of databases and employee file information with initial new hire paperwork.
  • You will be responsible for working with Operations Manager to ensure that all compliance requirements for the caregiver staff are met, including any state specific regulations that must be before caregivers first day of work. This will include tasks such as scheduling caregiver for annual background check certification.
  • You are responsible for completing evaluations including supervisory visits in the field.
  • The Staffing Manager is responsible for maintaining caregiver licenses and registrations, the caregivers digital HR file in SharePoint, documenting / submitting workers compensation case information, caregiver retention and engagement, other tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
