Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on transportation metrics, including performance indicators, cost analysis, and route optimization. Assist in the development of visualizations and dashboards.

  • System Support: Assist in the management and maintenance of transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software. Ensure data accuracy and system functionality.

  • Research: Conduct research on transportation trends, technologies, and regulations. Provide recommendations based on findings to support strategic planning and process improvements.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts, logistics teams, and other departments to identify and address transportation-related issues and opportunities.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including shipment logs, carrier contracts, and compliance documents.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related analytical role. Internships or relevant coursework can be considered.

  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is preferred.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.

  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
