Live events are back, and we are busier than ever We are looking for a Billing Specialist to add to our Finance team. As a Billing Specialist, you will operate as a liaison for billing and management and will assume responsibility for general billing functions.

This position would report directly to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and be based out of our corporate office in Duluth GA. We do function in a hybrid capacity; typically, 2-3 days in the office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the timely creation of invoices to clients.
  • Check and approve invoices, adjusting as needed.
  • Facilitate weekly accountability report follow-up with City Reps and Sales
  • Post billing files to accounting system.
  • Ensure the timely closing of all monthly and quarterly billing and reporting.
  • Work closely with customer service and collections team members to make necessary adjustments.
  • Send invoices to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years’ related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Dynamics
  • Proven efficiency with basic accounting principles
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems with a creative, flexible, and resourceful approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
  • Expert time management and organizational skills with ability to quickly and gracefully adapt to a rapidly-changing environment.
