We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen, who will bring their culinary expertise and a passion for creating delicious dishes to our kitchen. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work seamlessly in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment, an attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high food quality standards.

The line cook works closely with the General Manager and / or Chef to assure an excellent guest experience, and as such, should have a team player mentality with excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

It must be recognized that all specific duties cannot be listed and that responsibilities will change accordingly as the need arises.

- Execute menu items with precision and efficiency during busy service periods.

- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.

- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Contribute ideas for menu improvement and innovation.

- Perform other duties as required.


REQUIREMENTS

- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- Proven experience as a Line Cook.

- Food Handler's Certificate.

- Must be able to clearly communicate with other Team Members.

- Ability to keep the kitchen area neat and clean

- Ability to Stand 6-8 Hours

- A positive attitude while on the job is also essential.
