Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Cook to join our team at BBL Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for banquet events, ensuring high-quality dishes are presented to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food for banquet events according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Plate food for service, adhering to established plating and presentation criteria.
• Complete all assigned preparatory work, including set-up of the front line.
• Maintain strict food sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of all food production, holding, and storage areas, meeting or exceeding local Health Department regulations.
• Follow standardized recipes for portion control and adhere to all house policies.
• Complete breakdown procedures, including proper labeling and storage of food and equipment.
• Assist in other areas of the kitchen as time permits.
• Check with immediate supervisor before leaving the premises.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
