Seeking a full time Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk associate to join our growing veterinary neurology practice in Hunt Valley. We are located in a new 47,000 sqft building with other specialty practices such as CVSS, CVCA, AVIM, ECFA, and PetER. We take great pride and satisfaction in providing high quality medicine and neuro surgery to our patients and exceptional personalized service to our clients.

We utilize all of team member's professional skills including team interaction, communication, telephone skills, and financial transactions. Communicating with referring practices as well as clients are primary roles of this position.

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who is interested in helping technicians on the floor when needed during their shift. This is a hybrid position that is mainly front desk oriented.

Computer skills are a basic requirement, as well as a shining personality. We are a fast paced referral veterinary office where multi-tasking and organizational skills are integral for this position. Previous veterinary office experience is preferred but not required. EzyVet experience is preferred but not required.

Some evenings are required of this position. You must be a people person.

A background check and pre-employment drug testing are required of all applicants.
