Responsibilities

  • Engage with the local community to promote our insurance products and services
  • Manage outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and follow up with potential clients
  • Utilize provided leads and networking with current customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Build potential client lists and provide detailed prospect information to producers
  • Utilize B2B and personal lines sales techniques to initiate quotes and provide details for producer follow-up
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and objectives
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
  • Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications
