About the Role 


RNGD (and its affiliated brands) is seeking a Marketing and Content Coordinator to join our in-house team. This position is a key member of the marketing team and will support the execution of the corporate and project specific marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness and engagement through effective social media strategies. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms.

Primary Responsibilities 


  • Social Media Management
    • Create monthly content calendar for social media across all platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
    • Develop and execute strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and identify relevant trends that align with our brand
    • Capture and create new social media content in office, across active job sites, and company / industry related events. This includes both photography and videography content.
    • Work with projects managers and superintendents to capture project milestones
    • Manage social media communities, responding to direct messages, comments, and sharing tagged content as necessary
    • Run monthly social media and web analytics, identifying content that performs best

 

  • Marketing Support
    • Assist in the creation of marketing materials for business development and communications as needed
    • Work with brand manager to develop and maintain branded templates for various uses
    • Assist with other marketing tasks such as email marketing, creation and management of audience lists for business sectors
    • Develop written and visual content
    • Manage and curate marketing assets on the company marketing drive
    • Assist in website edits and additions for RNGD and affiliated brands, including announcements and other initiatives

 

  • Event Support
    • Assist employee experience team with internal events including invitations, coordination, and set up
    • Assist in organizing client events (i.e. groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, etc)

 

Qualifications 


  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism; on the job training and experience is welcomed in lieu of degree
  • Prior experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Related Field. Portfolio or examples of previous work a plus.
  • Experience working the architecture/engineering/construction industry preferred by not required
  • Proficient skills using Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (or other video editing software) required
  • Eye for photography and videography, ability to capture, edit, and publish content
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to act as a company cheerleader / drive the culture of the company
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with various types of personalities and work styles
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience working in an agency environment
