The Facility Technician role is important to the company as they ensure facilities are operational for our customers. Candidates should enjoy working towards common goals and demonstrating pride in their capabilities through technical support. Tasks:


  • Conduct parking activities through routine foot patrols of company managed parking location. 
  • Responds to calls/alarms regarding parking equipment breakdowns and malfunctions.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness of parking locations by assisting in the removal of trash & debris 
  • Assist customers on how to use the parking access controls system, including validations, payment methods, and monthly subscriber access options and understanding parking regulations.
  • Utilizes various software applications to repair, maintain, and monitor parking kiosks and access and revenue control systems. 
  • Troubleshoots system malfunctions and failures and replaces defective components. 
  • Disassembles, cleans, calibrates, and tests equipment using diagnostics and analytic tools. 
  • Regular Cash Box Collections and reporting
  • Conduct parking enforcement activities through routine foot patrols of company managed parking locations. Parking enforcement includes, but is not limited to, issuing citations to non-authorized parkers or traffic rule violators.
  • Track parking violations and use discretion for handling repeat offenders to include booting, towing, and/or deactivation of access credentials.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Knowledge of equipment installation, device software installation, and basic computer and networking principles. 
  • Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner. 
  • Skill in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing. 
  • Skill in oral and written communication. 
  • Skill in use of hand tools, measuring devices. 
  • Skill in use of informational databases to track items or monitor progress. 
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, blueprints, profiles, work orders, and schematics. 
  • Ability to use cell phones and communications equipment. 
  • Ability be able to meet physical demands of the job, including but not limited to walking / standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs.
