Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and troubleshoot all operational, utility, and maintenance-related issues related to preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment, including plumbing, HVAC, boiler systems, compressed air, and ammonia refrigeration.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of previous maintenance experience preferred or equivalent skills in a food processing plant.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to pass Forklift License Certification.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
