The Heritage Community is seeking a passionate and experienced PM Manager to join our team In this crucial role, you'll play a key role in supporting our academy leadership and overseeing various projects and initiatives that are essential to our community's success. You'll ensure projects stay on track, manage communication, and contribute to a positive and healthy environment for our residents.

What You'll Do:

  • Build strong relationships with team members, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure program fidelity.
  • Lead team meetings, develop plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Manage administrative tasks and communication efforts.
  • Utilize mediation and intervention techniques to support students.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless coverage and address staffing needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members.
  • Respond effectively to crisis situations.
  • Oversee budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members.
  • Analyze data and present findings to improve team performance.

Schedule:

  • This position will have an A/B Work Schedule. Schedule Partner with the Assistant PM Manager

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
