We're currently in search of an Inbound Specialist who is as devoted to fostering our team's growth as we are to their development. This is where your journey with us begins

INBOUND SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inbound calling with the goal of setting up in-person Sales Rep/Project Manager appointments for all 6 locations across the U.S.
  • Also answers or redirects general customer questions / reception phone work
  • Reach weekly appointment-setting goals/KPIs (and get bonuses when goals are exceeded)
  • Maintain detailed notes in our CRM (customer relationship management) program, AccuLynx
  • Work within computer programs like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word as needed for tracking progress and keeping information organized
  • Works with a small team and independently when needed
  • Participates in team meetings and other team responsibilities

INBOUND SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years experience with computers/strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, video calls, Email, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
  • Strong customer service skills and professional mannerisms over the phone
  • Strong attention to detail in taking customer call notes
  • Strong ability to multitask, while continuing to deliver on accountabilities
  • Reputable resume references
  • Ability to pass both a drug test and a background check
  • Knowledge in roofing, siding, windows and doors is preferred but not required
  • Experience with a CRM is a plus but not required (like AccuLynx or similar)
  • A can-do attitude and drive. See the glass as half-full
