What you will do

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is an in office, 5 day/week position.  You will assist in the Customer order entry and order management process to ensure all elements of orders are captured, complete and ready to ship.  This position will actively manage due dates to ensure on-time-delivery by coordinating activities between Customer Service and Supply Chain.  This position involves working directly with Customers, Internal Sales, Product Management, Inside Sales, Technical Services, L&D, Delivery Creation, Materials Planning and Customer Support teams. 

How you will do it

  • Process orders via SAP ERP system.

  • Proactively pull & review reports to ensure on time shipments/deliveries.

  • Work closely with various internal OTC teams to complete order shipments.

  • Work with and support Customer Service team.

  • Monitor inventory levels on orders to determine proper warehouse shipping points.

  • Monitor orders for backorders, ship date changes, blocks/holds via SAP reports.

  • Manage order cancellations quickly.

  • Answer calls.

  • Handle customer questions concerning shipments, backorders, escalations, etc.

  • Manage all order cases in Salesforce.com.

What we look for

  • Must be able to expedite and facilitate order workflow with various departments to ensure timely shipment of orders.

  • Be highly organized and be able to maintain reports and activity on expedited orders.

  • Communicate effectively and clearly with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have computer experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • The ability to multi-task is essential.

  • Problem solving proactive agile.

  • Work in fast paced environment with ability to change priorities quickly.

  • Able to manage tasks effectively and efficiently.

  • Active listening skills.

  • CRM experience with Salesforce.com

  • ERP:  SAP

  • Attention to detail and instructions.

  • Bilingual a plus.
