The Hardware Ecosystem team within Arm's Infrastructure Line of Business (“INF”) is responsible for defining and implementing Arm Total Design (“ATD”) go-market-market strategy. ATD brings together leaders from the semiconductor industry for enabling end customers and OEMs that are building custom Si solutions on Arm Neoverse by lowering their development cost and TTM risk.
In this role, you will be a key member of our team that builds our channel strategy with select ATD partners, enabling reference solutions, and driving compliance and validation of partner solutions to Arm specifications and standards. Success in this role will be measured by your ability in analyzing the business value and impact of these solutions, and working closely with partners in ensuring these solutions are capable of meeting the needs across key INF market segments.
Responsibilities:- Qualifying partners by quantifying the technical merits and business value they bring, and its impact to ATD.
- Define partner strategy by working across LoBs and functional groups to drive partner strategy.
- Prioritizing areas of investments from partners.
- Build solutions and drive PoCs.
- Grow topline for Arm and partner.
- BS in engineering required with MS/MBA preferred
- 7+ years of proven experience in semiconductor industry
- Highly motivated problem solver with ability to work across teams to build consensus
- Bring creative ideas and fresh perspectives
- Team first attitude
- Solid understanding of the semi-conductor value chain: microprocessor, fabs, packaging, assembly, test, and board design
- Experience interfacing at all levels of business – technical teams, business decision makers and executives
- Market analysis and strong business acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Outstanding presentation skills – crafting content, delivering executive presentations and webinars and conference sessions
