What you will do:

 Performs a variety of complex services in specialized building system areas such as Plumbing and Mechanical maintenance, repair, and operation.    

  

How you will do it:

  • Requisitions of new supplies and equipment.  
  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.  
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.  
  • Perform other duties as required.  

What we look for:

Required 

  • Looking for someone with general maintenance and plumbing experience 
  • At least 2 years' experience in plumbing commercial  
  • At least 2 years' experience in general maintenance   
  • Requires knowledge of various plumbing maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with service and repairs.   
  • Install, repair and maintain pipes, valve fittings, drainage systems in a commercial structure. 
  • Collaborate with general contractors, Electricians and other construction professionals. 
  • Response to diagnose and resolve pluming emergencies. 
  • Must be able work various shifts and holidays as needed.  
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and will be required to pass a background check.  
  • Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.
