Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary:

The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the payroll, human resources, and accounting departments. This role is responsible for organizing and maintaining various records, assisting with data entry, and supporting departmental projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Support:
  • Perform data entry tasks related to payroll processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact information and employment details

2. HR Support:
  • Assist with maintaining employee personnel files and records
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
  • Assist with updating and maintaining employee handbooks and policy documents

3. Accounting Support:
  • Assist with organizing and filing financial records, invoices, and receipts
  • Perform data entry tasks

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential information
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
